This conference gathers together researchers, manufacturers, suppliers and others with an active interest in bioprocessing as it applies to areas such as biotherapeutics, industrial biotechnology, veterinary products and innovative technologies.

This year will be our 11th annual meeting and it will take place at The Science Exchange in Adelaide, South Australia.

Scientific Program

The conference will include a keynote address and a scientific programme consisting of oral presentations organised into multiple sessions as well as a poster session. The presentations will cover a broad range of bioprocessing applications and technologies including biotherapeutics, cell therapy, biofuels and bioproducts, devices, diagnostics, veterinary products and food processing, under the broad headings of (1) Upstream Technologies, (2) Downstream Processing, (3) Marine Biotechnology and (4) Innovative Technologies and will highlight new research, emerging technologies, case studies, analytical developments, process optimisation and scale-up as well as quality, regulatory and commercial considerations in the broad field of bioprocessing.

Two student awards will be available, one for the best presentation (oral or poster) and one for the best poster presentation.
